An update on our family. Well, it has been three months since the storm. We were displaced in Lancaster, Pa. Wow, us in Pennsylvania!!! No one could have ever imagined. The city girl that I am could not have chosen a more interesting area. It wasn't so bad until you took a whiff of the "OH SO NATURAL" air. We could not get the smell of cow maneur out of our nose hairs. That aside, we did, however, receive an early taste of the Northeast coasts winter. It was not as bad as we thought it would be. We did encounter a few snow storms though. Now that was a beautiful sight! Hana, Alaia, and Daddy went outside to enjoy the snow while Clea and Mommy got to cuddle up in a warm blanket inside. We really enjoyed staying with family and making so many more memories to cherish. Us in a house with fifteen other people? Who could forget? Kidding aside, we loved every moment of it. So, the time has come for us to depart. We are finally heading back to New Orleans. Mind you that we have not seen most of our immediate family and friends since the storm. We cannot wait to be reunited with them. Our path in life has definitely taken us toward a different direction. However, we are prepared to take it step by step. We will let everyone know where these steps take us, as soon as we find out ourselves. Until then, we will welcome whatever comes in our contact.
